Importing clients into Auderli using a CSV file

Comma-separated values (CSV) is a simple file format to store data. You can use a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers to create or edit a CSV file.

Obtain a list of email addresses for the clients who you want to invite to Auderli (could be from your CRM or another system).

1. Insert all email addresses into a single column. If there are other columns, your data may not be processed correctly. The email addresses need to be valid to be accepted.
2. Save the file as a .csv

When you are viewing your client list on Auderli there will be an option to invite clients.

1. When you click on invite clients, you will be asked whether you want to invite clients individually, or upload a file. Click on 'Upload a file'

2. Drag a file to the page or click the upload box to add your file (you can only add one file to a maximum of 5 MB).

3. Click on upload to process the file.

Once processed, we will flag up any problems.

• Existing clients will not be processed
• Duplicate emails will only be processed once
• Email addresses which are incorrectly formatted will be skipped

You will be asked to confirm and we will tell you how many contacts will be invited. Once you have confirmed then the emails will be sent. Auderli will notify you when each client accepts.

When clients have been invited they will be added to the pending tab of your client list.

Once clients have accepted they will automatically move to the active list.

If clients have not accepted then you can re-send their invitation, or archive them, by tapping the options menu on the right of the listing.

You will not be able to re-invite a client (by importing a CSV for example) who has been archived. This ensures that clients don't receive too many repeated invitations.
